How much does it cost to have a company set up?
The “Company formation” package costs CHF 449 as a fixed price for the support. On top come the official fees (notary, commercial register) and – for a GmbH (limited liability company) or AG (company limited by shares) – the capital to be paid in.
Which legal form is right for me?
We work that out together: a sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma), GmbH or AG depends on liability, capital and your goals. You will find an overview on our “Choose a legal form” page.
How long does the formation take?
A sole proprietorship is done in a few days, a GmbH or AG usually in one to three weeks – depending on the notary appointment and the commercial register.
